HOW ABOUT AN INSPECTION TRIP ?

There are a few basic questions that will help us get to know each other before you arrange a business inspection trip, our trips can be tailor made for your requirements.
Our inspection trip lasts typically 3 or 4 days and we require all decision makers to be present throughout.
Our trip is not to be extended or added to an existing holiday. This is a property viewing trip and it is expected that the clients have a genuine and serious interest in buying property in the area with the appropriate funds already in place or prearranged. 
If you think that you are unable to reserve a property on the inspection trip, then the inspection trip is not for you at this time. We are happy to arrange other types of trips for you if this is your case.
You are under no obligation or pressure to purchase during the inspection trip.

Your Business Inspection Trip Includes:

You will be greeted from the airport by your property agents in Spain and taken to your pre booked hotel accommodation.Your property agents in Spain will collect you each morning around 10:00 to start your days viewing of the chosen areas and start viewing the types of properties you have suggested on your completed booking form up to your suggested budget.The day will include times for breaks and lunch. Your property agents in Spain will return you to you hotel accommodation around 6pm.Once you have found your new dream property, you will make a reservation of between 6.000€ - 10,000€ and a purchase contract with the property developer. We will then arrange for you to see a lawyer to start the buying process. This includes power of attorney, applying for your NIE No. (Official tax number in Spain) and opening a bank account for you.Your lawyers will do all the official checks for the property and ensure everything is legal and correctTime allowing we will also take you to furniture stores so you are able to choose furniture for your new home.Your property agents in Spain will return you to the airport for your return flight.
